The hotel offers efficiently designed and spacious rooms, although they are kind of small but very well equipped and impeccably clean. The service is top-notch, with very helpful and polite staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is very convenient, especially being right next to the train station. The dining experience is quite good, with a lot of variety available. Overall, a great value for money choice with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel room had a great view over the front of the main station to the water. However, it was very dirty with food on the floor underneath the room chair, and the bathroom was filthy with a toilet that didn't flush. The space was small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but manageable.

The hotel is in a superb location, right by the central station and convenient for exploring downtown Oslo. The rooms, although a bit warm at times, feature a unique and fun bunk bed for the little one. The service, despite some limitations due to a strike, was still friendly and attentive. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though a bit small, were very clean and well-equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The service was nice overall, but due to a strike, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. The location was absolutely splendid, right by the railway station in the center of Oslo, making it convenient for travel. The dining experience was glorious, with a crowded breakfast room but a fantastic spread of food. Although I enjoyed my stay, there were some service interruptions that affected the overall experience.
